Douglas Tedder "Shane" Call September 11, 1941 June 26, 2018 Wilson...........Douglas Tedder "Shane" Call, age 76, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Randall Call and Ethel Tedder Call. A memorial service will be held at The Moose Lodge on Forest Hills Rd., Wilson, NC on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends following the service. He is survived by his wife, Effie Jean Call of the home; daughters, Ruth Lamm and husband, Frankie, of Elm City, Connie Hawley of Middlesex, Janet Walston of the home, Jackie Keel and fiancé, Danny, of Snow Hill, Teresa Walston Panameno of Wake Forest; sons, Douglas Call, Jr. of Pasadena, TX, Timothy Call and wife, Gloria, of Daytona Beach, FL, Larry Walston and wife, Susan, of Wilson; sisters, Christine Roberts and husband, Bruce, of Winston-Salem, Ava Barnes of Blounts Creek; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
