Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, November 06, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Elm City United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Barry Drum officiating. He is survived by his ex-wife, Michelle Coley of Florida; daughter, Rachel Baines; step-son, Brace DuMont and brother, Randolph Baines.
