Anna Williams Kirby July 03, 1941 July 28, 2016 Wilson............ Anna Williams Kirby, age 75, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Gertrude Williams; sister, Jean Arthurs and brother, Jimmy Williams. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Barnes officiating. Interment will follow at Black Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. She is survived by husband, Joseph Kirby of the home; daughters, Lisa Wells (Lynn) of Kenly, Michelle Kirby (Runt) of Black Creek; son, Richard Pate of the home; stepson, Joey Kirby (Michelle) of Lucama; sisters, Marie Harris of Bailey, Joyce Rhodes of Wilson; grandchildren, April Cascell, Jessica Galyen, John Pate, Brandon Wells, Dustin Pate; step grandsons, Jordan Kirby, Nicholas, Marshall, Derek, Brad and Chris Skinner; great-grandchildren, Eli, Gracie, Landon, Katelyn, Madison, Brayden, Kaili, Gracie Lynn, Christopher, Eden and several special nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society, 930 Wellness Dr., Suite B, Greenville, NC 27834.
