Edison Tedder February 22, 1925 February 29, 2016 Sims..............Edison Tedder, age 91, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016. He was a World War II Veteran who proudly served his country. He was a loving daddy, granddaddy and great-granddaddy and great-great-granddaddy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Wells Tedder; one brother and five sisters. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Wells officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. He is survived by his daughters, Cathy Vasquez and husband, Richard, of Sims, Connie Crumpler and husband, Chuck, of Lucama; son, Thomas Tedder and wife, Brenda, of Sims; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and five sisters.
