Ethel Tedder Shepard March 31, 1922 May 10, 2015 Wilson...Ethel Tedder Shepard, age 93, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, L.C. Tedder, Sr. and Victoria Lewis Tedder; two husbands, James Randall Call and Ray Shepard; three sisters, Geraldine Scott, Rachel Duke and Geneva Godwin. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Tony Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. She is survived by daughters, Ava Call Barnes and husband, Charles A., of Blounts Creek, Christine Roberts and husband, Bruce, of Winston Salem; son, Douglas \\"Shane\\"Call and wife, Jean, of Wilson; sisters, Yvonne Bass, Mary Jean Scott, Sally Hill, Verdie Dunn, Vera Matthis, Mildred Murphy; brother, Carlton Lewis Tedder, Marion Tedder, L.C. Tedder, Jr.; seven grandchildren;five step-grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Arrangements are by Shingleton Funeral Home.
