Jewell Ellen Webb April 10, 1962 May 8, 2018 Elm City............Jewell Ellen Webb, age 56, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by her sister, Veronda Lorraine Carroll; father, Jerry Broyles and step-father, Charles Holmes. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Sonny Simpson officiating. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Edward Wayne Webb of the home; mother, Nancy Ferguson Holmes of Tarboro; step-mother, Janice Broyles of Rick Creek, Va; brother, Lonnie Lee Broyles and wife, Roe, of Georgia and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home.
