Almeda Osborne Pruett

                         Wilson…. Almeda (Tiny) Osborne Pruett, age 81, passed away on June 14, 2022. Born May 15, 1941 to the late John Matthew and Rosie M. Payne Osborne. Mrs. Pruett was retired from a local firm, as office manager/ secretary.

                         She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis J. Pruett; son, Michael Lewis; brothers, William Herman Osborne, Douglas McArthur, and William David.

                         She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Pruett, and Marsha Pruett both of Wilson; special niece, Cheryl Osborne Pittman of Rocky Mount, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends; sisters, Patsy Davison (Friel) of Chester, VA, Margie Allen of Bailey, Shirley Lester of Warrenton, VA.

                         Visitation will be held Friday, June 17, 2022  from 1:00 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home.

                        Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 17, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Whichard officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.

                         In lieu of flowers donations in her honor may be made to the Cancer, Heart, or MS Foundation.
