Betty Joyce Rhodes Horne
July 22, 1938 – August 31, 2022
Pikeville….Betty Joyce Horne, age 84, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud Luther and Mary Mahala Rhodes; husband, Pete Horne; son, Ralph Horne; granddaughter, Kristi Golden and her sister, Jeanette Harrell.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Anderson of Columbia, NC; son, Ricky Horne of Nags Head and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home with a Graveside service following at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Rev. Jeff Williams officiating.
