Billy Raeford Liles January 6, 1938 August 6, 2015 Bailey... Billy Raeford Liles, age 77, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015. Graveside services will be conducted at Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Bailey Town Cemetery with the Rev. Roney Bryant Bunn, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Jewel Harrison Liles of the home; sisters, Maxine High of Bailey, Peggy Bishop of Bennettsville, SC and brother, Denny Liles of Bailey. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Sims Methodist Church, Stanhope Baptist Church or Stanhope Fire Department.
