Billy Ray Manning May 04, 1934 April 21, 2015 Middlesex... Billy Ray Manning, age 80, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jodie and Mattie Ferrell Manning; daughter, Jo Ann; sisters, Repsie Cawthorne, Mavis Price; brothers, Charles Ferrell and Curtis Manning. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, at Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery.
