Billy Nathan Mercer

Stantonsburg - Billy Nathan Mercer, age 88, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026. He was born in Wilson, NC on July 21, 1937 to the late Robert Mercer and Betty Webb Mercer. 

                        Billy is survived by his sisters, Marquetta Harrell of Stantonsburg and Evelyn Mercer of Lagrange; his niece, Nancy Walston and husband Wally; great-niece, Hope Walston and friend Albert Crespo, III; and great-nephew, Jonathan Harrell.

                         A Graveside service will be held Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 2704 Nash Street N., Wilson, NC 27896. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
