Cleo D. Patterson July 04, 1923 July 02, 2014 WilsonCleo D. Patterson, age 90, died Wednesday, July 02, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Elmer Patterson. Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home Sunday, July 06, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Greg Oï¿Â½Neil officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Strickland and husband, Melvin, of Bailey, and Phyllis Hardy and husband, Joe, of Nashville; her son, Kenneth Patterson of Wilson; her grandchildren, Dennis Strickland; Susan Strickland; Paula Hardy; Kathy Hardy Gallo and husband, Casey; Amy Patterson Lewis and husband, Steve and sons, Austin and David Lewis; Steven Patterson and wife, Angela and daughter, Alyssa; and her sister, Annie Lee Earp of Bailey. The family would like to express their appreciation for the compassionate care from the staff at Spring Arbor. The family will receive friends at Shingleton Funeral Home Saturday evening from 6:30 until 8:30 and other times at the home of Margaret Strickland, 6337 Southern Nash High Road, Bailey.
