Connie Jo Webb January 26, 1949 May 2, 2015 Elm City...Connie Webb, age 66, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Reason Patterson. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Elm City Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Webb of the home; former husband, Jerry G.
