David Carold Langley August 28, 1943 March 04, 2015 Wilson... David Carold Langley, age 71, passed away Wednesday, March 04, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Lester and Naomi Rowe Langley; his wife, Billie Kaye Staton Langley; brothers, J.T., Bobby, Leatrice (Jackie), Jimmy, Jerry and Harold Langley. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 05, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with Parker Phillips officiating. Committal services will be Friday, March 06, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park. He is survived by his daughters, Susan Langley Swain and husband, David; Karen Langley Williams and husband, Allen, all of Wilson; sisters, Betty Jean Pope and husband, Ralph, of Kenly, Dorothy Pate and husband, John, of Goldsboro, Ann Ripsom and husband, Frank, of Bloomington, IL; brothers, Jack Langley and wife, Melda, of Lucama, Jarold Langley and wife, Mary Sue, of Hopewell, VA; sisters-in-law, Juanita Langley, Shirley Langley, Elaine Langley, Mary Jo Barwick (David); grandchildren, Joseph and Skyler Williams, Matthew Swain and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends following the service on Thursday evening and other times at the home.
