Donnie Ray Davis November 08, 1938 May 29, 2014 BaileyDonnie Ray Davis, age 75, died Thursday, May 29, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at Shingleton Funeral Home Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. with the Rev. Donnie Price, Jr. officiating. Committal services will be conducted at Rock Hill Cemetery Sunday, June 01, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. He is survived by his wife, Frances Pennington Davis of the home; daughter, Donna D. Ginn of Bailey; son, Gregory Davis and wife, Linnet, of Jacksonville, NC; sister, Linda Sawrey of Elm City; sister-in-law, Ann Gantz and husband, Eugene, of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, David Bieri, Tyler Davis, Gunner Ginn, Bethany Davis, Tiffany Ginn and one great-granddaughter, Jasmine Bieri. The family will receive friends at Shingleton Funeral Home Saturday evening immediately following the service.
