                         Elm City….Edna “Edie” Moore Barnes, age 63, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022 surrounded by her family.

                         She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Missy Helen Lewis Moore; and all her siblings.

                         She is survived by her husband, John Garry Barnes of the home, daughters, Amy Wall (Steven) of Wilson, Amanda Allen (Sonny) of Elm City, Annette Barnes Joyner of the home, Laura Atkinson (Anthony Jr.) of Wilson, Brandy Moore (April) of Elm City, April Joy Moore of Elm City; son, Edward Moore, Jr (Missy) of Middlesex; grandchildren, Austin (Anna), Tyler, Lillian,  Taylor (Jordan), Samantha (Luke), Madison (Tanner), Rachel, Trey, Hayden, Kayla, Connelly, Mia, Caroline, and Christopher; aunt, Adele Lewis of Stantonsburg,  and three nephews; and special family Lee, Tiffany, Caleb and Jr(Twin).

                         A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Eastgate 2301 Montgomery Drive Wilson NC 27896.
