Frances W. Mercer May 14, 1949 April 09, 2014 Stantonsburg...Frances W. Mercer, age 64, died Wednesday, April 09, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Mercer. Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation following. Committal services will be in the Whitley Family Cemetery on Good News Church Rd. on Friday at 11:00 a.m. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Bagley of Stantonsburg; sisters, Pam Ford of Roanoke, Va, Carolyn Cooley of Farmville; brother, James Whitley of Stantonsburg; grandchildren, Andrea Parrish and Jasmine Bagley.
