Gladys L. Walston August 6, 1928 July 28, 2015 Elm City.....Gladys L. Walston, age 86, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Billups and Rev. Tony Hawley officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warner E. Walston. She is survived by her son, Dennis Walston and wife, Tammy, of Elm City; sister, Peggy Ann Letchworth and husband, Russell, of Snow Hill; brothers, William Letchworth and wife, Juanita, of Wilson, Jimmy Letchworth and wife, Joyce, of Farmville; grandchildren, Julie Silveri and husband, Anthony, Michael Bundy, Jr.; Heather Warner and husband, Chris; great-great-grandchildren, Ella Warner and Gray Warner.
