Henry Lee May, Jr. August 16, 1959 October 20, 2015 Walstonburg............ Henry Lee May, Jr., age 56, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Jr. was a 23 year employee of the NC Dept. of Public Safety. He was an avid NASCAR fan, always rooting for Rusty Wallace. Jr. never met a stranger. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Walt Tyndall officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. He is survived by his wife, Tina Craft May of the home; mother, Wilma Askew of Elm City; daughter, Amanda May of Walstonburg; son Charlie May of Greenville; special second "son", Harrison May of Wilson; grandson, Whaley May of Greenville; special friend, Robin Barnes of Wilson and two special canine buddies, Ryno and Tee.
