Herman Bissette Jr.

             Bailey….Herman Bissette, age 69, passed away Friday, June 12, 2026. He was born in Wilson to the late Herman Bissette Sr. and Sadie Mae Phillips Bissette. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Irene Bissette.

                         He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Nikki Beaman (David) of Bailey; sons, Justin Bissette (Michelle) of Bailey, Josh Bissette (Candice) of Sims; sisters, Cathy McNeely of Bailey, Amy Skinner of Sims; brother, Robert Bissette of Kenly; grandchildren, Tyler Bissette, Bryson Beaman, Caitlynn Bissette, and Mary Claire Bissette.

                         A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 6:00pm in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Wells and Rev. Shawn Garnett officiating. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
