Herman A. Ferrell May 10, 1949 June 25, 2017 Wilson............ Herman A. Ferrell, age 68, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elton and Sarah Johnson Ferrell; brother, Charles, Henry, R.W. and Michael Ferrell. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Ferrell Family Cemetery. He is survived by daughters, Stacy Mayo of Wilson, Beth Ferrell of Nashville; sisters, Sarah Estelle Howard of Lucama, Barbara Fenn (Mickey) of Wilson, Susie Holland (Danny) of Lucama, Audrey Ferrell Gardner (Wayne) of Black Creek, Tammy Everette of Wilson; brothers, Gene Ferrell of Black Creek, Glenn Ferrell of Wilson; granddaughters, Heather Mayo, Amie Mayo, Olivia Smith and grandson, Paul Smith. In lieu of flowers the family wishes for end of life expenses be directed to Shingleton Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1909, Wilson, NC 27894. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home.
