Hubert Ellis November 05, 1946 February 20, 2016 Saratoga............Hubert Ellis, age 69, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben Ellis and Ora Whitley; a sister, Hazel Scott. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Lonnie Humphrey officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Committal services will be conducted on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife, Blanche B. Ellis of the home; step-daughters, Diane Whaley, Janet Williams, both of Williamston; brother, Arthur Ellis and wife, Margaret, of Saratoga and six nieces.
