Wilson….James Elmer Forbes, age 58, passed away September 30, 2022
He was preceded in death his parents, James Earl Forbes and Ida Parker; and brother, Melvin Michael Coley.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Forbes of Wilson; daughter, Ida Serina (Paulo) of Raleigh; sons, James Elmer Forbes, Jr. (Melanie Brock) of Black Creek, Joseph Lee Forbes of Wilson; sisters, Lora Driver (Dexter) of Pinetops, Melinda Toler (Sam) of Wilson and Angela Dolin (Sandy) of Richmond, VA); brother, Joseph Melvin Coley, Jr. of Wilson; grandchildren, Joel Forbes and Cheyenne Forbes.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 23, 2022 beginning at 5:30 at West Wilson Church of God Hwy 42 Wilson, NC with family and friends welcome to attend.
