James Douglas Pittman

                    Wilson….James Douglas Pittman, age 62, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025. James was born in Wake Co. to the late William D. and Ruby Owens Pittman on November 17, 1962. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Pittman and James`s brother, Michael Pittman.

                    James is survived by his wife, Deborah Abrams Pittman of Wilson; daughter, Kimberly Grant (Lonnie) of Wilson; grandchild, Julian Grant; uncle, Kenny Pittman (Shirley) of Wilmington.

                    A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with Pastor Stanley Gaskins officiating. A visitation with the family will immediately following the service.
