    Stantonsburg…… James Earl Walston, Jr., age 61, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022.

                    A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Maplewood Cemetery with Pastor Scott Sherrod officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:30 AM at Shingleton Funeral Home.

                    He was preceded in death by his father, James Earl Walston, Sr. and son, Kevin Walston.

                    He is survived by his wife, Jackie Scarboro Walston of the home; mother, Rochelle Walston of the home; daughters, Crystal Walston of Princeton, Taylor Grant of Wilson, Ashley Grant of Atlanta, GA, Allison Stewart of Princeton; sons, Brandon Walston of Princeton, Lee Grant of Black Creek; sister, Rose Gill of Stantonsburg and sixteen grandchildren.
