Larry Joel Ellis October 09, 1954 - July 24, 2020 Wilson...... Larry Joel Ellis, age 65, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Good News Church Cemetery with the Rev. Julius Whitley and the Rev. Thomas Ellis officiating. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Marjorie Owens Ellis; wife, Anne; one sister and two brothers. He is survived by his sons, Michael Ellis of Wilson, and Scott Edwards of Cary; daughter, Crystal Mills of Wilson; step - daughter Jamie Lamm (Dustin); step - son, Greg Tugwell (April) of Elm City;sister, Brenda Webb (Mark) of Wilson and Cathy Secor of Benson; fourteen grandchildren and two great - grandchildren and step-mother Virginia Ellis of Kenly.
