Graveside services will be conducted at Evergreen Memorial Park on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. He is survived by his wife, Carol R. Long of the home; mother, Joyce Long Luffman and grandmother, Ellen Long, both of Danville, VA; daughters, Misty Marshburn of Jacksonville, Kristen Collins of Greenville; sons, Dakota Long of Greenville, Shane Long of Wilson, Stephen Rodwell of Spokane, WA, Daniel West of Elm City; brothers, Charles L. Jones, Jr., Louis Long, Larry Long, Jimmy Long, all of Danville, VA; grandchildren, Emma and Braxton.
