Milton Douglas Hill, Sr.

                    Stantonsburg….Milton Douglas Hill, Sr., age 86, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025. He was born in Greene County to the late Raymond and Annie Mae Bailey Hill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Jean Burress Hill; sons, Milton Hill, Jr. and Arty Wynn Hill; sisters, Mildred Morris and Margaret Haywood; brothers, J.W. Hill and Beasley Hill; grandchild, Tanya Renee Hill.

                    Milton is survived by his son, Marty Lynn Hill, Sr. (Ginger) of Faro; grandsons, Marty Lyn Hill, Jr. (Samantha) and Christopher Marty Hill (Katelyn); and great-grandchildren, Aiden, Lainey, and Rylan.

                    A Visitation will be held Monday, June 16, 2025 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Shingleton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Walstonburg Town Cemetery with Pastor Lonnie Humphry officiating.
