Pearl Manning Brown

Pearl Manning Brown February 21, 1924 March 20, 2016 Wilson...............Pearl Manning Brown, age 92, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, March 20, 2016. She was preceded in death by a son, Stuart Poole. She is survived by her daughters, Joan Jarrett (John) of Efland, Diane Grimes (Lynwood) of Swansboro, Kaye Proulx (Raymond) of Elm City, Sandra Brantley (Jakie) of Wilson; eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rusty Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. and other times at the home of Kaye and Raymond Proulx. The family would like to give a special "Thank-you" to the staff and employees of Wilson Pines for all the care they gave in the past three years.
