Petrola “Bea” Mickens Newton, age 85, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Bea was born in Pahokee, Florida to the late Bobby and Ethel Mae Brown Mickens on January 19, 1941. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Wilson, NC.
Bea leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 66 years, Harvey Newton; her children; and her grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 22, 2026 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah`s Witnesses, 1423 Forest Hills Rd NW Wilson, NC 27896.
