Raymond "Dink" Ellis Fulghum April 21, 1933 April 26, 2016 Sims............ Raymond "Dink" Ellis Fulghum, age 83, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in Shingleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Bailey Town Cemetery. He is survived by sons, Mark Fulghum (Dee) of Sims, Billy Fulghum (Nina) of Sims, David Fulghum (Sandra) of Bailey; grandchildren, Daniel, Chelsea, Nicholas, Heather, Megan, Cassie, Michelle and ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:30 until 8:30 at Shingleton Funeral Home and other times at the home of Mark and Dee.
