Ronnie Edwin "Cowboy" Blizzard

                         Wilson….Ronnie Edwin Blizzard, age 64, known as Cowboy passed away Friday, October 03, 2025. He was born in Wilson, NC on November 06, 1960 to the late Bobby and Virginia Barnes Blizzard. In addition to his parents Cowboy was preceded in death by his stepdad Jerry Williamson, and sister, Connie Blizzard.

                         Cowboy dedicated forty seven years of his life being a truck driver. He loved his family, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and 18 wheelers. He could tell stories for days. There was never a dull moment around Cowboy.

                         Cowboy is survived by his loving wife of twenty five years Cris Blizzard; daughter, Christie Montes and husband, Ricky; son, Brad Blizzard and wife, Lisa; stepson, Kevin Willoughby and wife, Charity; stepdaughter, Melody Parker and husband, Chris; grandchildren, Rio Montes and wife, Mary Kathryn, Katie Blizzard, Trenton Willoughby, and Holland Parker; and great-granddaughter who is due in December; and longtime friend, Lee Ellis.

                         A celebration of life will be held at Wilson Praise and Worship at 2:00 pm Sunday, October 19, 2025 with Pastor Cliff Lewin officiating.

                         In Lieu of flowers the family request that  donations  be made to the Youth Group at Wilson Praise and Worship.
