Wilson….Shelby Jean Lane Harrell, age 86, passed away Sunday, April 02, 2023.
She was preceded in death by Stephen Keith Whitley, Daniel Whitley, Dewayne Whitley, Dustin Register, Louis "Buddy" Tew, Patricia Whitley, James Earl Gooding, Donnie Ross Whitley, and Jimmy Lee Whitley.
She is survived by her daughters, Wilma Tew of Lucama, Ginger Hill (Marty) of Stantonsburg, Sybil Webb (Ronald) of Macclesfield; sons, Dan Keith Whitley of Stantonsburg, Archie Whitley (Peggy) of Saratoga; brother, Edward Lane of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Danelle Heath, Renee Whitley, Christie Whitley, Kellie Whitley, Louis Buddy Tew, Jr.,Ronald Tew, Will Tew, Ronnie Whitley Webb, Chris Hill; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 05, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Walstonburg Cemetery with Chaplain Jeff Williams officiating. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
Friends are welcome to come and pay their respect Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Shingleton Funeral Home during the hours of 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
