                         Wilson….Thurman Davis, age 79, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

                         A memorial service will be conducted Friday, March 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home.

                         He is preceded in death by his parents, Needham B. and Mae Whitley Davis; wife, Shirley Peaden Davis; sisters, Elvie Ellis and Elizabeth Morris; brothers, Hubert and Sidney Davis.

                         He leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Joyce Stout (Calvin) of Strongsville, OH, Elaine Lucas (Jack) of Lucama, Courtney Morton (Dustin) of Wilson; son, Kevin Lee Davis (Becky) of the home; grandchildren, Kimberly Philpott (Lee) of Bailey, Dwayne Lucas of Fremont; great-grandchildren, Bryson Philpott, Ethan Lucas, and Kinsley Lucas, and many nieces and nephews.
