Vivian Joyce Linton Morgan

March 10, 1963 - May 19, 2024

                        Wilson….Vivian Joyce Linton Morgan, age 61, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024. She was a selfless person who had a heart of gold. She was always full of life and friendly to everyone she met. Vivian was also a big animal lover. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

                         She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar F. Linton, Sr., and her son Jeremy Morgan.

                         She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Linda Linton of Rocky Mount; daughter, Leanne Morgan (Jeffery Lynch) of Wilson; sister, Temesia Quinlan (Charlie) of Elm City; brothers, Edgar F. Linton Jr. (Cheryl) of Altoona, PA, Vernon A. Linton (Patricia) of Wilson; grandchildren, Haley Mathews (Austin), Hunter Issette, Logan and Chance Greene, Drake Lynch, Kameron Morgan, Kayleigh Morgan; great-grandchildren, Adelina and Aurora Mathews.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Shingleton Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until1:45 pm with the service beginning at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Rusty Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
