                        Wilson….William Brandon Barnes, age 33, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022. He loved everybody that he knew and met. In his eyes there was never a stranger, from the first time he met you, you were a friend and ALL are WELCOME and encouraged to ATTEND his celebration of life with his family.

                         Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m at Heart of David Ministries.

                         A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 at Heart of David Ministries 202 S. Church St, Eureka, NC at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Kem Lancaster officiating.

                         He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mary Eloise and Gene Douglas Lewis; paternal grandparents, Eula Holland and John Brantley Barnes; uncle, Kirk Douglas Lewis; aunt, Wanda Kay Barnes.

                         He is survived by his mother, Teresa Lewis; father, William Ray Barnes (Kathy); daughter, Alyssa Rayne Barnes; special child, Aaliyah Williford; signifigant other and mother of his child, Jessica Williford of Elm City; sisters, Christy Ramirez (Jose,Jr) of Lucama, Gena Barnes of Elm City; brother, John Kirk Barnes (Thomas Ramirez) of Pikeville; step-sister, Jessica Liles of Rocky Mount;  nieces,  Alaina Ramirez, Marissa Ramirez; nephew, Joshua Liles; many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

                         Shingleton Funeral Home is Honored to be serving the Lewis/ Barnes family.
