William “Babe” Edward Rushton
July 09, 1958 – March 29, 2023
Middlesex….William Passed away peacefully, after a long illness, at home in North Carolina Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
William (Bill) was born July 09, 1958 in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania to Edward and Betty Lou Rushton. He graduated from GAR Memorial high school in 1976 where he lived and worked in Wilkes Barre until 2005 when he moved to North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Rushton; father-in-law, James Stott; granddaughter, Carleigh Pisanchyn; brothers, Frank and Robert; sisters, Margaret (Peggy) and Edwina (Winnie).
He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Lou Ann Rushton of Middlesex, mother, Betty Lou Rushton; son, Christopher of the home; daughters, Melia Bohn and husband, Fred of Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Ashleigh Pisanchyn and husband, Chris of Olyphant, Pennsylvania, and Fallon Acuff and husband, Bill of Dallas, Pennsylvania; granddaughters, Mercedes Starling, Sophie Cherry, and Alanna Acuff; grandsons, Hunter Pisanchyn, Bradley Bohn, Derek Bohn, Cooper Pisanchyn, and Cade Acuff; great-granddaughters, Lalai Grace O`Brien, Madison Paisley O`Brien; sister, Ella Greskewicz; brother, Edward Rushton; brother-in-law, Jamie Stott of Seagrove,NC, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
